Registered Manager recruitment and Nominated Individual support are separate Pheon services. They are not automatic parts of the core programme, but they can be relevant where the proposed provider has a real people-structure gap.

Many applicants discover late that they do not have a credible Registered Manager route, or that the Nominated Individual position is not properly understood. That can affect whether the whole application feels serious. The right answer depends on the provider, the legal entity, the proposed regulated activity and the people already involved.
Important limits
Optional RM recruitment and NI support are separate paid services. They are subject to availability, suitability and the facts of the proposed service. The provider retains appointment responsibility, and no support service can guarantee CQC acceptance.
An external NI is not required in every case. The right structure depends on the provider, the legal entity and the proposed regulated activity.
