Monad exists because many capable people approach CQC registration from the wrong end. They start with forms, templates and optimism before they have tested the provider structure, management roles, service model, evidence and commercial assumptions.

Pheon Agency brings human judgement to that process. Monad provides the structure and technology: one case record, document reuse, gap checking, consistency review and a controlled application pack. The point is not to make registration sound easy. The point is to make the work clearer, more disciplined and harder to get wrong by accident.

Gary brings more than 35 years’ experience across health and social care, including care delivery, commissioning, governance, service development, operational leadership and quality improvement.

Gary is an experienced care manager with a practical focus on building safe, reliable and well-governed services. His work includes shaping service systems, standards, governance, operating models and preparation for CQC registration.

His focus is on clear accountability, strong leadership and a genuinely person-centred approach.

Sohail Qamar

Senior Care Consultant

Sohail is an experienced care manager with Nominated Individual experience, representing providers in their relationship with the Care Quality Commission and helping ensure services are properly governed, accountable and aligned with regulatory expectations.

His role includes supporting clear lines of responsibility, maintaining oversight of quality and safety, reviewing performance and helping organisations develop in a controlled and sustainable way.

Sohail’s focus is reliable, respectful and person-centred support, with strong governance behind every aspect of the service.
