This is where the application gets built.
The Build Phase is not generic AI application software, a set of blank templates or a checklist. It uses the proven application model based on the corrected Koti Home Care application pack to build each accepted customer’s registration-ready service model and application documents from their confirmed facts and source evidence.
The customer completes and signs what only they can complete. Pheon checks the finished pack and must give final professional approval before the exact approved version is released. Monad prepares the application; the customer submits it to CQC.

What we are trying to avoid
A weak application is rarely weak in only one place. The problem is usually inconsistency: the service model says one thing, the people evidence says another, the policies do not support the operating model, or the business plan does not match the proposed delivery.
