What the process is trying to solve
A CQC application is not one form. It is a connected case: who the provider is, what regulated activity is being applied for, who is responsible, where the service will operate, how people will be supported, how staff will be managed and what evidence backs up the claims.
Monad is a Pheon Agency Ltd service built for new domiciliary-care providers. It uses a proven application model based on the corrected Koti Home Care application pack, then applies that structure to each customer’s own facts, evidence and proposed service.
- 1. Start PhaseThe £99 phase collects the starting facts, explains the registration route and identifies what needs attention before deeper work begins.
- 2. Viable PhaseThe £399 phase tests whether the proposed service, management route, evidence and business position are credible enough to progress.
- 3. Build PhaseFor accepted cases, Pheon and Monad build the registration-ready service model and application documents from the customer’s confirmed facts and source evidence.
- 4. Customer completionYou complete and sign the declarations, confirmations and customer-supplied documents that only you can provide.
- 5. Final professional reviewPheon checks the completed pack and must explicitly approve the exact final version before it is released to you.
- 6. Customer submissionYou receive the approved pack and submit it to CQC. Monad never submits the application on your behalf.
